Effective date: 23 October 2026
This policy applies to customer payments made through KoraWorks, operated by KORAWORKS LIMITED, Nigeria, registration number 9387163.
When you can request a refund
Contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same transaction;
- you paid for a service or training session that was not supplied;
- a cancellation qualifies for repayment;
- the work was incomplete or materially different from what was agreed;
- you believe a payment was incorrect or unauthorised.
Requests are assessed using the booking details, payment records, relevant evidence and applicable law. A booking being marked complete does not automatically prevent a valid refund request.
How to request a refund
Use available in-app support or the website's Contact Us page.
Include:
- your booking or enrolment reference;
- the payment reference and amount;
- a clear explanation of the problem;
- relevant messages, receipts or photographs.
Please report problems promptly so they can be investigated. This does not replace any time limit or right provided by law.
Never send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full payment-card details.
How requests are assessed
We may request relevant information from you and the provider or trainer.
Depending on the circumstances, the outcome may be:
- a full refund;
- a partial refund reflecting work not supplied;
- an appropriate correction, replacement or rescheduled service agreed with you;
- a reasoned explanation of why a refund is not due.
Any cancellation deduction must follow the disclosed booking conditions, our Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
You may ask for an explanation of the decision and how any deduction was calculated.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel.
If that channel is unavailable, we will explain an appropriate alternative. We will not require you to accept wallet credit instead of money where you are legally entitled to a monetary refund.
Payment-provider and bank processing times vary. Once a refund is approved, we will communicate the available processing estimate and provide a refund reference where available.
An approval notice does not necessarily mean the money has already reached your account.
Partial services and training sessions
Where only part of a service or course was supplied, the assessment will consider what was agreed, what was delivered and the reason for the interruption.
A provider's or trainer's own conditions cannot remove statutory rights or automatically justify retaining the full payment.
Delayed refunds and further help
If an approved refund has not arrived within the communicated estimate, contact support with your booking and refund references.
If you disagree with a decision, you may ask us to review it. You may also contact your payment provider, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or an appropriate court.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
